As you know, the 2010 edition of the Novel targeting drugs and Radiotherapy meeting is coming soon (June 24th and 25th), at the Modern Art Museum of Toulouse, France.

This third edition will address translational research in radiotherapy and will more particularly focus on the role of stem cells, angiogenesis and hypoxia in controlling tumor radioresistance.

Base registration fees

The base registration fee is 250 euros prior to March 15 and 350 euros after that date.
Students fees is 150 euros prior to March 15th and 250 euros after that date.
The base registration fee covers access to the conferences, coffee breaks, lunches as well as conference documents.
The cost of the Gala Evening (70 €) as well as other costs related to your stay such as hotel or transport costs are not included.

Registration

You may register online, or by mail by returning the registration form.
You will then be immediately pre-registered; confirmation of the registration will take place upon settlement of payment.

Cancellation

Any change or cancellation by phone will not be accepted. All the meeting cancellation follow this cancellation policy :
For cancellations made by April, 15th 2010, 100 % of the total amount of all services requested will be refunded except 30 euros as administrative expenses and except bank expenses;
For cancellations received from April 16th 2010, 80 % of the total amount of all services requested will be refunded except bank expenses.

Option

Gala dinner, Thursday evening at 7.30 p.m. in «le 19» Restaurant.

Prestation

L'inscription de base est de 250 euros avant le 15 mars 2010, 350 euros passé cette date.
Les étudiants bénéficient d'un tarif de 150 euros avant le 15 mars, 250 euros passé cette date.
Elle comprend l'accès aux conférences et au Club Partenaires, les pauses café, les déjeuners, ainsi que la documentation du congrès.
Elle ne comprend pas la soirée de gala ( 70 euros ) et les différents frais de séjour comme l'hôtel ou le transport.

S'inscrire

Votre inscription peut s'effectuer en ligne, ou par courrier en nous retournant le bulletin d'inscription.
Votre inscription sera préenregistrée immédiatement, puis validée à réception de son règlement.

Annulation

Pour toute annulation faite avant le 15 avril 2010, 100 % du total de tous les services demandés seront remboursés sauf 30 euros qui seront retenus pour les frais administratifs et bancaires.

Pour toute annulation après le 16 avril 2010, 80 % du total de tous les services demandés seront remboursés sauf frais bancaires.

Option

Dîner de gala, jeudi soir à 19h30, au restaurant « le 19 ».
